Daniel Rouge Madsen is a visionary entrepreneur who has founded several companies, that even has been noticed by big corporations such as META, TV and media personality and the force behind House of Rouge, known for working with HNWIs, celebrities and ambitious businesses to shape powerful brands and identities.
From TV2 in Norway, TV M6 in France to inspiring over 200 million viewers internationally, Daniel brings a rare blend of visibility, credibility and influence.
With a background in luxury hospitality, he understands how human behavior, branding, leadership and quality shape perception and drive success. Blending media presence, human connection with psychology and transformative storytelling, Daniel helps clients elevate their visibility, create real emotional connection and build iconic brands with lasting impact.
Anne Jaworska
Co-Founder, Branding & Communication Specialist
Anne Jaworska is a branding and marketing strategist with 13 years of experience and one obsession: helping people and brands become visible and magnetic. She combines psychology, semiotics, and archetypal branding to build brands that signal identity, authority, and meaning at every touchpoint.
Anne holds a university degree in Culture Studies with a Media and Communication Specialization, and trained at acting school — bringing both academic depth and performance edge to everything she does.
Her signature framework, AAI Method™ (Authentic + Analysis + Improvisation), blends brand strategy with human insight and performance techniques to create brands that feel real, lead confidently, and leave a lasting imprint. She helps founders and leaders clarify who they are, communicate with power, and build trust through intentional storytelling and brand behaviour.
